O R D E R:
In the G.O. first, second and third read above, orders were issued providing employment in favour of a son or a daughter or spouse of any married person or a brother or a sister of any unmarried person killed in extremist violence, who is not accused of an offence. The District Collectors were authorized to issue orders in respect of any Department where there is a vacancy for appointment of a person upto the level of Junior Assistant / Typist depending upon the qualifications of the applicant. In the Government Circular Memo, fourth read above, all the Collectors were requested to send necessary proposals to the Government in respective Departments for creation of supernumerary posts whenever there are no vacancies in any Department in the District for providing employment to the son / daughter / spouse of the deceased in extremist violence.
2. The Cabinet Sub Committee dealing with Naxalite Problems in the State, has reviewed the issue of providing employment to the dependents of the deceased civilians in extremist violence and recommended to consider employment to the said dependents to the posts of Teachers Training Certificate / Secondary Grade Basic Training also, in addition to the posts of Junior Assistant I Typist as ordered in the G.O. first read above, if they are qualified and only in the existing vacancies. No new posts would be created for the purpose.
3. Accordingly, the following amendment is issued to the orders issued in G.O. Ms. No. 469, General Administration (S.C. A) Department, Dated: 08-11-1996.
4. The amendment hereby issued, shall come into force with immediate effect.
AMENDMENT
In the said orders, in para 3, after the words "Junior Assistant/ Typist", the following shall be inserted, namely:
"Teachers Training Certificate / Secondary Grade Basic Training,"
